1. Impact Insights Series 2. Quality Assurance Survey 2024 Conferences serve as strategic platforms to drive innovation and address critical social issues within their fields. This series of four association event specific examples explore these insights from a delegate’s perspective to discover how these events catalyse meaningful change. The data for these Insights is drawn from our delegate surveys conducted by the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School. Our annual quality assurance surveys help us measure and understand what matters most to our clients and partners, and how we have performed against their expectations. Developed with our research partner The Market Intelligence Co., the survey captures quantitative and qualitative data. In FY2023-2024, our Net Promoter Score was our highest ever at +68 (Best Practice NPS in B2B/Service markets +65).
